MAIL-IN METALS
How do I get cash from my Gold scrap
We can either pick it up or you mail it in
Arrange for Pickup
Our representatives are trained to provide accurate assessments of your precious metal scraps right in your office and pay cash on the spot. Often our representatives will only need 5 minutes of your time to sort, weigh and give out cash settlement for your dental gold and PFM’s.
We also tour most major metropolitan areas in the United States regularly, just fill out the information sheet or give us a call at 1-866-387-7991 so we can schedule the next possible in-house appointment and turn your trash into cash.
Mail it In
We specialize in providing CASH payments for your scrap dental gold on the SPOT. However due to logistical constraints we cannot be everywhere and anywhere at the same time. Often, our field representatives may be touring a different part of the country when you want your scrap or even old jewelry turned into cash so we are offering a mail-in program.
You can request a free Mail in package from Precious Metal Recyclers at 1-866-387-7991. Once the mail in package arrives, just follow the instructions and mail it in. The return postage is already paid. If you cannot wait for the Mail in Package you can
Mail it directly to:
Precious Metal Recyclers
253 Virginia Ave
San Mateo CA 94402
If sending old jewelry or a substantial amount of gold crowns, it is strongly suggested to use USPS registered mail and to have it insured. We would reimburse reasonable insurance and mailing costs to you.
There is no obligation or commitment to accept the cash settlement. We give you a courtesy call regarding the value of your settlement, if satisfied with the amount we will send you a check immediately. If you are not satisfied with the amount, send back the check immediately or let us know in the courtesy call so we can send you back the scrap in the same form we received it* (within a week of check being sent out). We can only hold scrap for as long as one week after that the scrap is melted and processed; there is no way to get it back to original form.
We do not charge any padded refining or assaying fees as our field representatives are very experienced in assessing the value of your scrap by careful segregation and weighing.
